The Processing Specialist III position handles the most complex customers with minimal Supervision. The focus of the position is to perform the day to day function of highly complex client processing. Handles highly complex customers with unique, specific and/or challenging processing requirements. Performs look ups and additional research on rejected payments and paperwork. Higher level decision making on transactions Manages received dates, effective dates/backdates on mail to be processed to assure that all client deadlines are met. Communicate with all areas of Operations throughout the shift to assure deadlines are met. Customer Contact to resolve issues and processes Process work accurately and maintain performance output in accordance with department and client standards Demonstrates a high-level knowledge of specific client requirements Assist with Training & Controls for Quality Assurance
