About The Position

The primary responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to: Develop and execute remarketing strategies for used material handling equipment Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new marketing opportunities Collaborate with sales, service and inventory management teams to optimize equipment readiness for resale. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, dealers, and industry partners Prepare and present reports on remarketing performance and market insights. Manage pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the market Oversee inventory management and logistics related to remarketing activities Schedule weekly visits to assigned locations Lead, coach, support, and motivate sales team to meet annual Remarketing sales goals Delivering an exceptional customer buying experience Handle escalations and support sales staff in customer negotiations Consistent, regular, and reliable attendance including being ready for work at the designated start time Incorporate Alta's Guiding Principles into daily activities Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in remarketing, sales, or a related field within the material handling industry
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Reliable vehicle required
