Requirements

  • You have 7-10 years of experience in luxury automotive sales or premium fleet management, with 5+ years in management/leadership roles
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Automotive Management and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • You are proficient in sophisticated financial analysis, automotive appraisal systems, and Microsoft Office Applications, with preferred certifications from luxury manufacturers (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi)
  • You demonstrate exceptional negotiation abilities, premium service orientation, and can multi-task effectively across complex salvage operations while maintaining professional communication with high-level stakeholders
  • You are success-oriented with a proven track record of team leadership, willing to take on complex challenges in luxury vehicle recovery and loss mitigation
  • You are flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% to coordinate with premium storage facilities and manufacturer partners

Responsibilities

  • Support brand protection initiatives by ensuring salvage operations maintain luxury manufacturer standards and compliance with dealer agreements
  • Manage relationships with auction houses, authorized dealerships, certified collision centers, and specialized buyers to maximize recovery from luxury vehicle salvage operations
  • Liaise with legal counsel, manufacturer representatives, and executive leadership on high-value liability issues and premium vehicle loss mitigation strategies
  • Maintain secure handling, storage, and documentation protocols for high-value vehicles and OEM components across premium segments
  • Receive and conduct sophisticated damage assessments on luxury vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, etc.) to make complex repair vs. total loss decisions
  • Assist in developing dynamic pricing strategies by monitoring luxury market trends and analyzing recovery rates to prepare executive-level analytics and KPIs
