About The Position
Caring Transitions specializes in making life’s transitions smoother and stress-free, offering services from setting up online estate sales to expert packing and unpacking. They are hiring part-time team members for work in Bulverde, Canyon Lake, North San Antonio, and all of Comal County. This role offers interesting, meaningful, hands-on work for individuals seeking extra income without a consistent work schedule, making it ideal for stay-at-home parents, retirees, or veterans.
Requirements
- Providing WORLD CLASS customer service to our clients and team!
- Strong character and integrity with a professional attitude and demeanor
- Technical ability - work well on smart devices and apps for auction processing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
- Ability to complete tasks and work in fast paced, changing environments
- Physical ability - prolonged standing, repetitive bending, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lbs, working a dolly, hang items above 4 feet, carrying items to/from vehicles, outbuildings and in the home
- Willing to work in dirty and/or cluttered environments
- MUST have reliable transportation
- Age 18 years or older with a valid drivers license
- Must undergo pre-employment background check

Responsibilities
- Organizing estate sales
- Meticulously packing and unpacking
- Assisting with resettling families into their new spaces
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Safely and efficiently helping clients downsize, relocate, and liquidate
- Preparing homes for liquidations, online auctions, and in-person estate sales
- Photographing and writing descriptions for items for online estate sale auctions
- Professionally packing/unpacking household goods
- Sorting/organizing items for recycling, donation, disposal, and cleanout
- Regular attendance on assigned shifts, punctual and with attention to detail
- Working on smart devices and apps for auction processing
