About The Position

ThinkTell Junction We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Relocation Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in facilitating smooth transitions for employees relocating to new locations by managing various logistical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, human resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in relocation or logistics.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule all aspects of employee relocations including travel arrangements and housing logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for relocating employees, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with relocation vendors such as moving companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing providers.
  • Maintain and update relocation records and databases accurately and confidentially.
  • Assist in processing relocation expenses and reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company relocation policies and procedures throughout the relocation process.
