Organize warehouse stock to maintain safety, prevent damage, and ensure product accessibility. Assist with and delegates warehouse and equipment maintenance. Help customers at the sales counter, pull material for orders, and load customer vehicles. Perform daily inventory counts. Receive and enter incoming resale inventory. Process product returns and direct customer complaints appropriately. Open and close the warehouse. Load trucks and moves finished goods using a forklift. Complete daily forklift inspection checklist. Takes customer phone orders and enters them into SAP. Coordinate outbound loads with Customer Service. Follow all company and regulatory safety rules and reports hazards Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One (1) year related experience and/or training
