About The Position
We are seeking a PRN (as-needed) General Practice Veterinarian to provide coverage during peak times, vacations, and schedule gaps. This role is ideal for veterinarians seeking supplemental income, schedule flexibility, or relief-style work. Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Valid veterinary license in Texas
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in surgery and comfortable handling a variety of cases is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide general practice veterinary services to cats and dogs
- Perform medical treatments and soft-tissue surgeries as needed
- Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
