Requirements

  • Experienced Pro: You have 3–4 years of sales experience (grocery or c-store industry experience is a huge plus!).
  • Tech-Savvy: You can easily navigate software to order products, run reports, and track your success.
  • Communication Star: Whether in person or on the phone, you know how to build rapport and close the deal.
  • Road Ready: You must pass a criminal background check, driving records check, and pre-employment drug screen.
  • Physically Active: You aren't afraid of a little heavy lifting—you can lift 50+ pounds occasionally in the course of your duties.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • grocery or c-store industry experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

  • Own the Territory: Travel extensively across Montana, North Dakota, and Wyoming to cover open routes and manage customer needs.
  • Hunt & Gather: Identify new business opportunities, cold-call potential clients, and expand our footprint in existing stores.
  • Showcase the Goods: Present new products, demonstrate profit potential, and introduce exciting programs to customers.
  • Master the Merch: Ensure our products look their best. You’ll handle shelf labels, manage store sets, and execute promotional events with store personnel.
  • Be the Expert: Provide samples, perform price checks, and offer top-tier solutions to sales staff and customers.
