Balance daily financial transactions and post night audit summaries Reconcile front desk accounts, including room charges, payments, and adjustments Process and transmit credit card batches Generate and distribute reports for management and accounting teams Perform overnight front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations Respond to guest requests, complaints, or emergencies during the night shift Prepare folios and ensure accurate billing for departing guests Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Monitor security protocols and escalate issues when necessary
