About The Position

We are a fast-paced, fully equipped 24/7 ER, Specialty, and GP hospital committed to delivering exceptional veterinary care in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Our newly remodeled, state-of-the-art facility features advanced diagnostics, modern treatment and ICU areas, and a comprehensive suite of specialty services—all designed to support top-quality emergency medicine. We are seeking a Relief Emergency Veterinarian to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for veterinarians who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy practicing high-quality emergency medicine with the support of strong technical staff and boarded specialists.

Requirements

DVM/VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school
Active veterinary license in CA (or ability to obtain one)
Previous emergency medicine experience preferred, but confident new graduates with ER interest are welcome
Strong communication skills, compassion, and a commitment to excellent patient care
Ability to adapt to a busy, fast-moving hospital environment

Responsibilities

Provide urgent and emergency medical care to a diverse caseload
Perform diagnostics, develop treatment plans, and communicate effectively with clients
Collaborate with ER, GP, and specialty teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate medical records and uphold the highest standards of patient care
Assist with emergency surgeries and procedures as needed
