Our highly qualified BluePearl Tacoma team is dedicated to delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, available 24/7. We specialize in emergency medicine, dentistry, neurology, oncology, radiology & diagnostic imaging, and surgery. With two Neurologists and two Critical Care Specialists on-site, our 16,000-square-foot facility is equipped with an on-site MRI and CT scanner, marking our distinction as the first private practice in Washington to perform MRIs on veterinary patients. Additionally, we offer a range of advanced equipment, including arthroscopy, ultrasound, and a fully equipped intensive care unit. We take pride in providing surgical mentorship, and our ER Clinicians have the opportunity for primary surgical case management, covering common ER surgeries such as enterotomies, splenectomies, C-sections, GDV, pyometra, and more. Requirements

A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
Holding a valid state veterinary license
Self-directed, committed ongoing learner. Must be driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments and dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
Your decision-making skills are top-notch. You possess outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.
You have a knack for multitasking and can skillfully prioritize in high volume environment.
