Relief Driver, Holy Family Sheter
About The Position
The Relief Driver will perform scheduled and unscheduled driving assignments; transport guests from the Men’s Inn to Holy Family Inn or other locations as needed; assist with projects and services as directed by Shift Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor; model appropriate behavior and conflict resolution in front of guests, staff and the general public at all times. The Driver will collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to keep Pine Street Inn van(s) clean, provide a safe and secure environment for residents & program members, and always drive to encourage a safe and pleasant ride for everyone.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Must be able to read English satisfactorily.
- Minimum of six (6) months of work experience in human services
- Must have basic technical skills, and the ability to use latest Windows programs.
Nice To Haves
- CPR, First Aid, CPI certifications
- Previous experience driving a 15-passenger van.
