This role involves ensuring residents' needs are met, such as responding to requests for deliveries or repair services, screening and directing visitors, interacting with residents and guests, answering questions about building rules, and handling emergencies like fires or medical calls. The doorman will also be responsible for accepting and distributing packages, operating security equipment like CCTV cameras and intercom systems, providing security at building entrances by checking IDs and permits of third-party contractors, maintaining order by enforcing rules regarding noise levels, pets, and unruly behavior, and offering concierge services including assisting with luggage, mail, and deliveries.
