Reporting to the Director of Continuous Improvement, you will develop and implement a world class Reliability Engineering program. As a member of the Reliability Center of Excellence Team and the cross‑functional Technical Transformation Team, you will lead the development and execution of Reliability Engineering processes, tools, standards, and key performance indicators. You will support manufacturing sites to improve equipment reliability, production efficiency, and overall equipment effectiveness. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Lead asset criticality management by defining asset criticality standards and guiding manufacturing sites to determine, use, and maintain asset criticality rankings within Systems, Applications, and Products Plant Maintenance. Lead asset risk management by defining asset risk calculation processes and standards, and guiding the organization to understand high‑risk assets and implement risk elimination or mitigation action plans. Establish equipment failure analysis capabilities across all manufacturing sites through training, coaching, facilitation, and hands‑on leadership. Analyze equipment performance and cost data to manage Reliability Engineering efforts that drive measurable value. Define preventive maintenance evaluation and preventive maintenance optimization processes and standards, and lead sites to improve preventive maintenance procedures. Lead the reliability centered maintenance process and standards, and develop robust reliability centered maintenance capabilities across manufacturing sites. Guide manufacturing sites in the use of Weibull analysis by defining standards and tools to understand equipment reliability and develop effective maintenance strategies. Develop reliability modeling standards and procedures, facilitate reliability calculations, and lead execution of improvement action plans. Build and sustain the capability of network and site‑level Reliability Engineers and maintain a strong Reliability Engineering community across manufacturing sites. Monitor progress of Reliability Engineering work and capabilities and provide periodic updates to stakeholders. Stay current on Reliability Engineering trends and benchmarks and lead continuous program improvement efforts. Develop and maintain strong Systems, Applications, and Products Plant Maintenance expertise, monitor Reliability Engineering data, and lead data integrity improvement efforts. Lead the organization in establishing and applying design for reliability standards in collaboration with Engineering and manufacturing sites during capital equipment investments. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including leading and building Reliability Engineering capabilities across multiple manufacturing sites. Experience establishing Reliability Engineering processes and standards across a multi‑site manufacturing network. Strong computer literacy and data analysis skills. Experience assessing losses and prioritizing improvement efforts based on operational impact. Willingness to travel frequently, typically up to fifty percent, with occasional travel up to seventy‑five percent based on project needs. Location flexibility to support Omaha, Nebraska; Chicago, Illinois; select field locations; or remote locations east of Denver, Colorado within reasonable proximity to a major airport. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
