Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Minimum 3-5 years in developing, leading teams, end executing proven maintenance reliability programs, budget management and direct front line leadership experience required.
• Must have experience with P&ID drawings and experience with CIP processes.
• Must have experience with BDE/RCA/IPS and preventive/predictive maintenance concepts.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, supervisory and communication skills required to work with all levels of plant personnel while leading teams in production environments.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and effectively train others on documents such as safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Proficiency in maintenance planning, scheduling, GMP’s and reliability tools.
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, drive continuous improvement and utilize KPI’s.
• Ability to utilize storeroom management concepts.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and guidelines with a strong understanding of safety data sheets, confined space entry, lock out/tag out and stop work authority.
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, determined and enthusiastic self-starter with strong analytical skills to challenge the status quo.
• Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.  Work schedules could include days, nights or weekend work schedules as needed

Nice To Haves

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering or related field is highly preferred.
• Experience within a food/beverage manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.
• In lieu of a completed bachelor’s degree, a combination of education and work experience will be considered.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, MVP, SAP, 4Industry, SharePoint, Smartsheet and Concur preferred.
