We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve equipment uptime, safety, and performance in a manufacturing environment. This role leads preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and serves as a technical resource supporting reliable and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or a related field
• Experience with reliability engineering tools, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• TPM, CMRT, or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
• OSHA safety training

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and reliability initiatives across manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze downtime, failures, and performance trends and lead corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate equipment documentation and maintenance records.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvements.
• Partner with Operations and Maintenance teams to solve equipment issues.
• Lead TPM, 6S, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with technical training and knowledge development.
