Just look up. Are you ready to go beyond? The Reliability Engineer will be reporting to the MTS leader and will be working in coordination of the Planner/Unplanned and Materials Technician. This will be a very data driven role, requiring updates/reports and analysis based on the request of management. The Reliability Engineer will play a critical role in asset management and machine sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and minimum 5 years’ experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, quality or closely related industrial environment or a Master's degree and minimum 3 years' experience in an engineering, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, quality or closely related industrial environment
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency in complex manufacturing activities
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen events or experience with a continuous improvement programs)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The company will not offer immigration sponsorship for this position. The company will not seek an export authorization for this role.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficient in SAP
  • Familiar with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles
  • Predictive Maintenance experience
  • Project Management experience

Responsibilities

  • Asset Management: Review planned maintenance activities, categories machine criticality, assist setting part Min/Max Ratios. Asset identification, critical spares lists, DWA approvals
  • Reliability Analysis: Conduct formal analyses to identify potential failure modes and impact, as well as assist any concerns/updates to daily walk around program.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of failures (RCCA) and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences
  • Maintenance Integration: Recommend, develop and implement maintenance strategies designed to optimize reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Reliability Testing: Conduct tests and validations to assess system, equipment, and process reliability under various conditions
  • Data Analysis: Analyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and cost.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve maintenance/workflows, resource utilization. Training/skills gaps identification and solutions
  • Predictive Maintenance: Assist Op X team if needed or any related Predictive Maintenance tasks or projects in relation to sustainability, predictability and overall machine health.
  • OEE ( Overall equipment/ Maintenance effectiveness)- Reports generated based on meantime between failure/ average response time/repair and reoccurring issues.
