Reliability Engineer II
About The Position
The Reliability Engineer II is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for driving reliability, durability, and safety improvements throughout the product lifecycle. This role leads reliability engineering activities for new product development (NPI) and existing products, including data-driven failure analysis, reliability modeling, accelerated testing, design risk assessment, and cross-functional problem solving. This position supports the Water Heating Division and will be based in Montgomery, AL.
