About The Position

As an integral member of our newly established Asset Management Strategy team, play a critical role in building programs that enhance reliability and reduce operational risk across our facilities. You’ll leverage data-driven insights and engineering expertise to keep our mechanical systems—both rotating and stationary—running at peak performance. Through advanced reliability analysis, statistical failure modeling, and proactive maintenance optimization, you’ll help us achieve one goal: safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Major in chemical, mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering preferred.
  • 2+ years’ related experience with training in some or all of the following preferred: reliability engineering, condition-based monitoring techniques, root cause analysis, lubrication excellence, mechanical integrity, six sigma.
  • Quantitative risk analysis is beneficial.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, and adept at building strong relationships.
  • Collaborative and cooperative, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Proficiency in CMMS & SAP
  • Engineer II 2+ years or more of related experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience
  • Engineer III 4+ years or more of related experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in multi team roles.
  • Engineer Senior 8+ years or more of related experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience leading cross functional teams.
  • Excellent written and communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Must demonstrate ability to influence others; requires strong leadership qualities, and team building

Responsibilities

  • Bring together operations, maintenance, engineering, and capital project teams to align on reliability goals and deliver solutions that work.
  • Design programs to predict and prevent equipment issues using cutting-edge techniques in operations, maintenance, and condition monitoring.
  • Investigate failures, lead root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions that make a lasting impact.
  • Support Central Maintenance Services with engineering guidance, project management, and management of change initiatives.
  • Prioritize assets, perform risk-based assessments, recommend remedial actions, and coordinate third-party inspections.
  • Drive innovation in reliability practices, safety enhancements, and workforce training, ensuring reliability improvements are built into new equipment from day one.
