About The Position

Reliability Engineer responsible for leading global technical initiatives across Customer Fulfillment, supporting standard processes and procedures, training, and partnering cross-functionally to improve reliability, quality, and operational efficiency at scale. This role requires up to 70% travel. As a Reliability Engineer, you drive the Top Offending Asset and Closing Codes program by analyzing network data, identifying key offenders, and partnering with sites and support teams to deliver measurable improvements. Your day includes reviewing WBR metrics, leading RCA efforts, auditing quality and timelines, and supporting CI projects that improve uptime and maintenance effectiveness. You collaborate closely with RME, Ops, SMEs, and OEMs to pilot and scale solutions, support new asset introductions, and influence reliability performance across your assigned business unit and region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with and managing third party vendors
  • Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level
  • Bachelor's degree
