A Typical DayThe Reliability Coordinator facilitates the improvement process to correct equipment deficiencies that affect safety, quality or throughput for the site.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and 6 years related experience OR Associate's degree and 5 years’ experience OR Bachelor's degree plus 3 years related experience OR Master’s degree
  • Ability to work independently with self-starter attitude and be equally effective working in a collaborative environment.
  • Structured problem solving skills needed to clearly communicate problems and opportunities
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree plus 5 years related experience OR Masters degree plus 1 year related experience
  • Dairy industry experience
  • Maintenance Reliability certification

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate critical spares for equipment using FMEA or similar justification.
  • Act as project leader in KPI development and monitoring.
  • Maintain consistency of master data, assure structure and plans remain consistent for newly added or modified equipment.
  • Work closely with maintenance planners and reliability teams to ensure asset care plans are accurate, optimized and any modifications are approved.
  • Review all new to catalog and new to stock requests to ensure part data is complete and accurate.
  • Research and populate BOM’s for equipment, identifying critical spare repair parts
  • Responsible for compiling data from SAP PM Module to measure PM plan effectiveness, schedule compliance, resource utilization and maintenance costs.
  • Partners with site planners and maintenance coordinators to review PM plans and parts stocking levels.
  • Understands the CMMS structure well enough to train planners, coordinators and supervisors how to properly structure BOM creation.
  • Support maintenance and operations with identifying problematic equipment and processes by analyzing SAP data.
  • Performs regular analysis of equipment R&M costs for each site/cost center.
  • Maintain working relationship with SCM to ensure part data accuracy and stocking levels are adequate.
