The Digital Payments team is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The RTE is a key member of the ART leadership team and is responsible for enabling predictable, high-quality delivery of value across large, complex, cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with SAFe, a strong facilitation presence, and a proven ability to drive Program Increment (PI) execution, manage dependencies and risks, and promote continuous improvement while aligning delivery outcomes to enterprise strategy.
