About The Position

Requirements

• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; Epic experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations.
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare or ROI preferred.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
• Review and retrieve medical records for completeness, accuracy, and legal compliance.
• Manage the end-to-end release of information process using hospital EMR systems, including Epic.
• Provide exceptional telephone support, guiding clients through the ROI process with professionalism and empathy.
• Meet and exceed productivity and quality assurance standards for ROI and customer service.
• Support the Revenue Cycle by releasing patient information to payers and assisting with invoice processing and collections.
