Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Duties to include: work on release management, project management, onshore/offshore processes, multi-partner/vendor management, product management, risk management, and effort estimation; work with project management to facilitate project team meetings; manage agendas and assist with developing the Release Management organization; maintain consistently high standards of communication, productivity and teamwork across OMMS portfolio; assist in setting up framework for cross-central team communication, coordination of integration among components, and provide related governance; work with the development (technical) leads to establish and document release plans and communicate those plans to all necessary participants; work with IT management to improve the software engineering processes associated with continuously building, deploying, and updating software (PLM); analyze, design, develop, customize, and implement software upgrades; manage the utilization of the latest technologies, products, and services to develop and maintain applications for customers; strengthen customer relationships by providing effective solutions in weekly touchpoints and constant follow-up on issues; streamline development and production support operations, maintaining schedules to ensure maximum customer satisfaction; release management, project management, and onshore/offshore processes; coordinate multi-partner/vendor management and production support; and conduct risk management, requirement gathering, and effort estimation.
