About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Release Manager to lead and coordinate software releases across multiple Agile teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Agile release management, cross-functional team leadership, and process improvement. This role requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive organizational excellence in a fast- paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases, ensuring alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and teams.
• Manage release dependencies, risk mitigation, and change management processes to ensure successful deployments.
• Lead release readiness reviews, Go-live activities, and post-release retrospectives.
• Communicate and coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Production Support, Database Administrators, Business Stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts.
• Develop and maintain release documentation, dashboards, and tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence).
• Act as Scrum Master or Product Owner as needed, contributing to Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, and Backlog Refinement.
