About The Position

As a Relationship Manager on our Rapid Response Team, you will oversee work-order management and customer experience for enterprise-level national and strategic accounts, serving as the dedicated point of contact for assigned customers to ensure their needs are met with personal attention and care.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer service or dispatching experience preferred.
  • Maintain the highest level of respect, customer support, and willingness to uphold our culture and standards of service.
  • Ability to successfully multitask in a high-demand environment.
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including fast and accurate typing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary P.O.C. for key national accounts to provide prompt communication, ensuring exceptional service, and playing a vital role in the customer experience.
  • Manage relationships with key customers by making strategic decisions based upon unique customer preferences, demands, and best practices.
  • Schedule, attend, and manage monthly and quarterly customer-facing meetings.
  • Meet and exceed customer expectations by promptly responding to emergency and non-emergency work-order requests via phone, email, software, and a variety of web-based platforms.
  • Create and deliver quotes based upon customers' requests. Manage and maintain invoicing, administrative, and customer tasks.
  • Lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth, ensuring alignment with Axis’ people-first values and commitment to exceptional service.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating prompt and transparent communication between customers and our operations and service teams in the field.
