The Relationship Manager provides essential relationship coordination, communication support, and stakeholder management for the Growth team while working closely with the Programs team to ensure smooth execution and alignment. This role is designed for a highly organized, people-oriented individual who excels at maintaining professional relationships, tracking commitments, and ensuring that stakeholders (volunteers, instructors, speakers, mentors, panelists, monetary and non-monetary partners) have a positive, well-supported experience. The role does not own the fundraising strategy or program design. Instead, it serves as a connector and steward, managing ongoing relationships, coordinating logistics, and supporting communication workflows that enable Growth and Programs to operate effectively.
