Overview This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients,ensuring the delivery of tailored retirement benefits and life insurance solutions, and driving clientsatisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of executive retirement plans, life insurance products, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate acrossteams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years related experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum five (5) years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in relationship management, retirement benefits, or a related field, with a focus on executive or non-qualified plans.
  • Strong knowledge of executive retirement plans, including non-qualified deferredcompensation plans, SERPs, and other specialized benefit programs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engageeffectively with senior executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused mindset.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs aremet and exceeded. o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including C-suiteexecutives and decision-makers. o Conduct regular client meetings (in-person and virtual) to review plan performance,address concerns, and provide strategic guidance. o Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deliver valueadded services.
  • Plan Administration and Compliance: o Oversee the implementation and ongoing administration of executive benefit plans,ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of plandocuments, reports, and other materials. o Monitor plan performance and provide clients with regular updates andrecommendations for improvement
  • Strategic Consulting: o Partner with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored retirement benefit strategies that align with their objectives. o Provide insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in executive retirement planning. o Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by introducing additionalproducts and services.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: o Work closely with internal teams, including actuarial, compliance, marketing, andsales, to deliver seamless client service. o Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare for client events, conferences, and other engagements. o Contribute to the development of promotional materials and thought leadership content related to executive retirement benefits.
  • Business Development: o Identify and refer new business opportunities to the sales team, leveraging existing client relationships and industry networks. o Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events to build brand awareness and establish new connections.
  • Travel and Flexibility: o Travel as needed (up to 50-70%) to meet with clients, attend conferences, and support business development efforts. o Be willing to work extended hours to meet client deadlines and business needs.
  • Other Responsibilities: o Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team andorganization
