The Relationship Manager acts as a central point of contact for a variety of member investment needs, ensuring continuity of high-quality service, product delivery, and responsiveness to client needs. This position offers financial products and services to members through outbound and inbound calls from all categories of member groups. Assist members/clients and prospects with information, account servicing, products offered and procedures to implement an investment program.
