About The Position

The Program Manager serves as the primary onsite leader for all talent acquisition activities. This role manages candidate interviewing logistics, oversees recruiting workflows, and acts as the main point of contact for the client’s hiring managers and employees. The Program Manager ensures strong communication, timely issue resolution, and seamless coordination between the staffing team and the client.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management, talent acquisition, or staffing account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with both candidates and client leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presence and problem-solving skills to handle onsite issues quickly and effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and basic reporting.
  • Ability to work independently while representing the staffing company’s standards and values.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting onsite workforce programs in staffing or MSP environments.
  • Familiarity with high-volume recruiting or operations management.
  • Previous interaction with client-facing roles that require rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the full onsite interview process for all candidates submitted to the client.
  • Partner with recruiters to schedule, prepare, and facilitate interviews.
  • Ensure all candidates receive a professional, consistent, and positive experience while onsite.
  • Track candidate movement through each stage and maintain accurate updates in internal and client systems.
  • Serve as the onsite representative and primary liaison between the staffing company and client leadership.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and timelines.
  • Communicate updates on candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and anticipated start dates.
  • Facilitate weekly or scheduled meetings to review KPIs, challenges, and open requisitions.
  • Handle onsite escalations or concerns from the client related to recruiting, candidate experience, or workforce needs.
  • Maintain compliance with client policies, onboarding requirements, and security processes.
  • Support workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and ongoing recruitment strategy adjustments.
  • Provide daily or weekly reporting on recruiting metrics as requested.
  • Greet and coordinate candidates arriving for interviews or onboarding.
  • Address questions from contingent workers on assignment and escalate issues to the appropriate internal team.
  • Assist with start-day check-ins, training coordination, and performance follow-up as needed.
