About The Position

This role is designed for a senior commercial professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, partnership building, and sustainability impact. You will manage and grow a high-value portfolio of strategic corporate partners, engaging at executive level through a consultative and long-term approach. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help partners translate sustainability ambitions into measurable value across their global supply chains. The position operates within a highly collaborative, international environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions. With strong visibility and influence, you will play a key role in shaping strategic partnerships that generate both commercial results and positive impact. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business administration, economics, international development, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of senior-level experience in complex B2B sales, strategic account management, corporate partnerships, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing go-to-market strategies, managing executive stakeholders, and driving revenue and long-term value creation.
  • Strong experience in project management, proposal development, and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of ESG investment landscapes and sustainability-driven corporate engagement.
  • Knowledge of voluntary certification programs and strong expertise in at least one key commodity sector such as coffee, cocoa, tea, or bananas.
  • Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Experience using CRM and account management systems.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts, creating and executing long-term account plans aligned with integrated value propositions.
  • Support regional and global relationship teams in strengthening executive-level relationships and expanding strategic partnerships beyond transactional engagement.
  • Lead the development and deployment of multi-year strategic partnerships, including contract negotiation and deal closure in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Shape and deliver compelling value propositions and storytelling tailored to complex customer needs and sustainability objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, including corporate consortiums and global projects involving multiple partners.
  • Oversee corporate project development processes, from prospecting and co-design through proposal development and internal handover for execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as programs, products, finance, legal, technology, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality service.
  • Track implementation performance, define success metrics, and continuously improve account management processes using customer and internal feedback.
  • Contribute to forecasting, reporting, and portfolio performance reviews in collaboration with revenue operations.
