About The Position

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that work time will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office. Santa Monica, Ca. The AVP Relationship Manager Healthcare is primarily responsible for assisting with the management and expansion of established Healthcare Finance relationships and working with senior team members on developing client outreach plan and quality referral sources for Healthcare firms. The Relationship Manager role is a supporting contact to provide products and services which addresses the unique financial needs of Healthcare clients. Providing senior secured debt financing for healthcare projects with key focus areas including Cash Flow loans, Medical Office Buildings, and ABL/Senior Housing Real Estate. This position collaborates with various corporate partners to build and manage full banking relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Sales OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Relationship Management, Sales

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Marketing Support - Works with Senior Relationship managers on new deal idea generation and client presentations. Interfaces with centers of influence (COIs) to enhance relationships and generate financing for clients. Identifies cross-sell opportunities. Stays informed on market and industry trends, and research strategies based on changing market needs.
  • Relationship Development - Maintains relationships within the market to execute on sales and referral opportunities. Manages customer and prospect relationships, referring sales partners or other associates as appropriate to carry sales relationships to completion.
  • Operations and Administration - Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions and financial exposures. Complete required training by established deadlines.
  • Loan Support - Works in partnership with underwriting and portfolio management teams to package deals for Credit Committee approval.
