GHD is seeking an exceptional Relationship Manager to lead our enterprise engagement with one of our major Energy/Oil & Gas sector clients—setting new benchmarks in client experience and growth across the energy value chain. As a senior leader at GHD, you’ll steward a multi‐year strategy, deepen executive relationships, and mobilize cross‐functional teams to deliver integrated solutions spanning the energy spectrum. Requirements

  • 15+ years in Energy/Oil & Gas with a track record leading complex, multi‐region accounts.
  • Direct experience working with major global Energy or Oil & Gas sector clients.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity to deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring a Client Engagement Team; building a forward‐looking opportunity pipeline; and driving value‐add growth.
  • Applying Strategic Account Leadership methods, championing Salesforce data quality, and providing regular performance updates to executive sponsors and governance forums.
  • Representing the client’s voice across GHD—aligning our global capabilities to the objectives and ambitions of this industry-leading energy company’s “more value, less emissions” initiatives.
