A day in the life of an Associate Relationship Management, Culture + Innovation at Vans looks a little like this. You’ll be part of the Culture + Innovation team, supporting efforts across OTW, entertainment and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with OTW and entertainment teams to help build and nurture relationships with macro and micro ambassadors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and energy partners. Your role is all about cultivating meaningful connections that drive cultural relevance and community impact. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Culture + Innovation.
