A day in the life of an Associate Relationship Management, Culture + Innovation at Vans looks a little like this. You’ll be part of the Culture + Innovation team, supporting efforts across OTW, entertainment and innovation initiatives. You will work closely with OTW and entertainment teams to help build and nurture relationships with macro and micro ambassadors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and energy partners. Your role is all about cultivating meaningful connections that drive cultural relevance and community impact. You’ll report directly to the Senior Director of Culture + Innovation. Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills who is comfortable engaging with a wide range of partners.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail and able to juggle multiple projects and keep things moving.
  • A proactive mindset that takes initiative and follows through.
  • A passion for culture, community, and innovation. You understand what makes people connect.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.
  • 1-3 years of experience and professional achievements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
  • Familiarity with the energy, sustainability, or cultural marketing space.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and how influencers engage audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage and grow relationships with ambassadors, KOLs, and energy partners while maintaining communication flow and keeping engagement high.
  • Support the planning of partner activations, events, and campaigns that bring our energy marketing strategy to life.
  • Monitor cultural trends and emerging voices to help identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare recaps and reports that showcase the impact of relationship-driven initiatives.
