The ISG client service team is responsible for working with various family offices, high net worth individuals and institutions across the United States, Europe and Latin America. Our team works in a dynamic, trust-based partnership with Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts to serve a broad range of client needs. Candidates must possess the professional maturity to handle confidential and delicate client issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of eight (8) years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with alternative assets
  • Knowledge of a variety of accounting tasks involving the preparation and maintenance of financial records
  • Strong management skills and leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the relationship manager for large, complex, alternatives-focused client portfolios, providing strategic guidance and holistic oversight to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate client meetings, collaborating with internal teams and external advisors on complex matters such as tax planning and entity structuring.
  • Oversee and review investment performance calculations and ensure accuracy of customized performance reporting for client relationships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for clients on alternative asset transactions, collaborating closely with the Portfolio Management team to strategically plan and execute portfolio activities—including managing the operational and documentation workflows for subscriptions, redemptions, and capital commitments across hedge funds, private equity funds, and partnership structures—while ensuring compliance with AML standards.
  • Partner with business development and investment teams to prepare and deliver technical presentations and pitches to prospective clients, articulating customized portfolio strategies, operational capabilities, and solutions for complex alternatives-focused mandates.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices for operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Lead account maintenance activities, including onboarding new accounts, implementing structural changes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide strategic oversight of alternative asset pricing processes and supervise cash operations, including high-value domestic and international fund transfers, liquidity planning, and resolution of complex or escalated issues.
  • Mentor associate-level team members, overseeing workload allocation, fostering technical development, and providing guidance to support professional growth and enhance team effectiveness.
