The Crisis Residential Program provides short-term, intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, aiming to prevent hospitalization. The teams collaborate with existing providers and link clients to other services. This direct care role involves supporting mental health treatment by providing a safe and therapeutic environment that fosters client independence and wellbeing. Staff will work one-on-one with clients, developing rapport and becoming part of their trusted support system, celebrating their progress in recovery. All direct care staff receive thorough training and ongoing mentorship from senior staff.
