The Crisis Residential Program provides short-term intensive, round-the-clock, personalized support to help stabilize individuals experiencing a mental health crisis, aiming to prevent hospitalization. Teams collaborate with existing providers and link clients to other services. This direct care role involves supporting mental health treatment by providing a safe and therapeutic environment that promotes client independence and wellbeing. As a residential counselor, you will work one-on-one with clients to help them learn or regain skills for successful community and independent living and socialization. You will also develop rapport and become part of their trusted support system, celebrating their progress in recovery. All direct care staff receive thorough training and supportive mentorship from senior staff.
