About The Position

Our state-of-the-art facility spans 185 acres in Pinconning, Michigan, featuring a 135,000-square-foot cultivation space, which includes both greenhouse and indoor environments. In addition to cultivation, our LAB focuses on producing premium products such as concentrates, edibles, and topicals. As a Rehabilitation Specialist at Pincanna, you will play a key role in our commitment to patient care and education, helping individuals navigate their rehabilitation journeys while ensuring they receive the highest quality of service and support. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or occupational therapy.
Valid state licensure or certification as required for rehabilitation specialists.
Strong understanding of cannabis and its therapeutic implications in rehabilitation.
Experience working with diverse patient populations and knowledge of rehabilitation practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting patient care.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans for patients.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to understand patient needs and progress.
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and cannabis-related therapies.
Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting rehabilitation plans as necessary.
Provide emotional support and counseling to patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Stay current with industry trends and research related to cannabis therapies.
Facilitate workshops and group sessions focused on wellness and recovery.
