Responsibilities

  • Schedules patients and responds to patient/therapist requests. Maintains patient schedules and obtains pertinent information, while verifying accuracy, recording in appropriate scheduling screens, confirming appointments and following authorization procedures. Follows up on cancellations and no-shows.
  • Provides quality customer service. Provides professional customer service in challenging situations.
  • Maintains and organizes information systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
