This role is responsible for setting and executing strategic goals, leading staff performance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention. The manager directs daily operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments, while tracking productivity, outcomes, and overall efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, fostering staff development, assessing new technologies and treatment methods, and representing the department through leadership involvement, reporting, and community engagement.
