Rehabilitation Manager
About The Position
The Rehabilitation Manager oversees and coordinates all functions of the Rehabilitation Department, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Athletic Training services. This role is responsible for setting and executing strategic goals, leading staff performance, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention. The manager directs daily operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration across departments, while tracking productivity, outcomes, and overall efficiency. Additional responsibilities include maintaining policies and procedures, fostering staff development, assessing new technologies and treatment methods, and representing the department through leadership involvement, reporting, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Graduate of a school of Therapy or related health care program
- 3 years professional experience
- Current MN License in physical, occupational or speech therapy preferred
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree Health Care Administration or Leadership preferred
- Current MN License in physical, occupational or speech therapy preferred
