Rehabilitation Manager - Home Health PT/OT or SLP

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Rehabilitation Manager (Speech-Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) to lead our Senior Living home health team in Gaithersburg, MD. Requirements
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Home Health experience required, including strong OASIS field experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
- A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of rehabilitation clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care
- Supervise and support field-based therapists
- Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding for rehabilitation staff
- Coordinate and/or deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training
- Promote high clinical, ethical, and safety standards in alignment with BAYADA’s mission
