About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Rehabilitation Manager (Speech-Language Pathologist, Physical Therapist, or Occupational Therapist) to lead our Senior Living home health team in Gaithersburg, MD . What You’ll Do As a Rehabilitation Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of rehabilitation clinicians to deliver exceptional patient care Supervise and support field-based therapists Facilitate new-hire orientation and onboarding for rehabilitation staff Coordinate and/or deliver clinical in-services and ongoing training Promote high clinical, ethical, and safety standards in alignment with BAYADA’s mission What We’re Looking For Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT) Home Health experience required , including strong OASIS field experience Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes Why Join BAYADA? Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), Physical Therapist (PT), or Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Home Health experience required , including strong OASIS field experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• A passion for mentoring clinicians and improving patient outcomes
