Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification – Required
  • CPR Certification – Required
  • Ability to observe and document care activities accurately
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-driven
  • Basic computer skills for electronic charting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restorative care or long-term care – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver restorative care such as gait training, strengthening, range-of-motion activities, and ADL support
  • Assist with devices including splints, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment
  • Monitor and document resident response to interventions
  • Support resident feeding and toileting programs as directed
  • Collaborate with the Director of Therapy and interdisciplinary team for care planning
  • Lead or assist with group exercise and therapeutic movement activities
  • Transport residents to therapy sessions and maintain a clean, safe treatment area
  • Perform standard CNA duties including hygiene, feeding, and transfer assistance
  • Help maintain therapy documentation and assist with clerical support when needed
