Requirements
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification – Required
- CPR Certification – Required
- Ability to observe and document care activities accurately
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-driven
- Basic computer skills for electronic charting
Nice To Haves
- Experience in restorative care or long-term care – Preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver restorative care such as gait training, strengthening, range-of-motion activities, and ADL support
- Assist with devices including splints, prosthetics, and adaptive equipment
- Monitor and document resident response to interventions
- Support resident feeding and toileting programs as directed
- Collaborate with the Director of Therapy and interdisciplinary team for care planning
- Lead or assist with group exercise and therapeutic movement activities
- Transport residents to therapy sessions and maintain a clean, safe treatment area
- Perform standard CNA duties including hygiene, feeding, and transfer assistance
- Help maintain therapy documentation and assist with clerical support when needed
