Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Demonstrates familiarity with the shared governance model and performance improvement.
- Demonstrates respectful and effective communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Develops an emerging awareness of ethical issues and how they relate to clinical practice.
- Demonstrates applied knowledge base in areas of policies, procedures, standards of care, and medications by utilizing HackensackUMC@ Pascack Valley.

Responsibilities
- The Rehabilitation Aide supports clinical staff in care delivery by preparing treatment area, patient, equipment and materials; performing procedures, under supervision.
- They are also responsible for monitoring materials and provisions and informing manager of ordering needs.
