Lighthouse is a nationwide investment company, which specializes in owning and managing a diverse portfolio of apartment communities across the nation.

What you’ll be doing: As part of this role, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to apartment renovation and some maintenance work. These tasks may include demolition, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, painting, drywall installation, and general renovations. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of duties necessary to ensure the successful completion of renovation projects and maintenance tasks.
