The Rehab Services Practice Manager is accountable for the day-to-day operations of Riverside Rehab Services (RHBS) outpatient practices. This role directs, supervises, and coordinates non-clinical staff and administrative activities across multiple clinic locations to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care delivery and positive patient experiences. The Practice Manager is responsible for efficient daily operations including front desk performance, staff and patient scheduling, timekeeping and payroll processes, performance metric tracking, billing efficiency, and high-level operational issue resolution. This is a non-clinical role that works in close partnership with the Rehab Services Therapy Manager and clinical leadership to support access, productivity, patient experience, and financial performance while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirements. The Practice Manager directly supervises all departmental clerical staff and is responsible for hiring, training, performance management, and engagement of those team members. This role is an integral member of the Rehab Services Leadership Team and supports execution of departmental growth objectives and leadership strategies. The Practice Manager reports directly to the Director of Rehab Services.
