Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is excited to announce an opening for a Part-Time Rehab Office Coordinator at our senior community in Sauk City, WI. This role is ideal for someone seeking a consistent, part-time schedule of approximately 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (up to 20 hours per week). We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and compassionate professional to support our expanding therapy team and help create a welcoming, efficient environment for residents and staff. Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or its equivalent.
• At least 1 year of medical health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations and act as the first point of contact for therapy services
• Schedule therapy appointments and coordinate therapist calendars
• Support day-to-day administrative operations including data entry, record keeping, and supply tracking
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, therapy staff, and facility team members
• Assist with insurance verification and billing-related tasks
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations
