Requirements

• Licensed PTA, OTR, or OTA in Wisconsin
• A passionate advocate for seniors’ well-being
• A strong communicator, motivator, and mentor
• Dedicated, organized, and committed to excellence in therapy and care

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience in senior care, rehab, or SNF preferred
