As a full-time Rehab Director, you’ll lead a dedicated team of therapy professionals while working collaboratively with nursing staff, facility leadership, and community partners. You’ll oversee daily rehab operations, ensure clinical and regulatory excellence, and help foster a culture of accountability, growth, and compassion. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy Assisting, or Occupational Therapy Assisting
- Licensed or certified in the State of Wisconsin as an OTR, PTA, or COTA
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Passion for patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration
